Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 72hrs of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be shipped within 96hrs or the next working day. We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Australian Post, Courier Post for New Zealand deliveries and NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Contact us for international shipping prices. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
How to Order

It’s so easy...you can browse our categories, brands or simply search for the item you are looking for.  Add your items to the cart, when you’ve finished shopping go through to the checkout and follow the instructions. Once payment has gone through you’ll receive a confirmation email form us with your order number and we’ll arrange for the goods to be delivered direct to your door.  We’ll even send you a tracking number once the goods are shipped so you can find out exactly where they are...you’ll be amazed at how quick our delivery times are; most orders are received with-in 3 working days of purchase!

And if there’s any issues call us on 0800 SHOW ME, we’d love to help.  We like to keep shipping costs to a minimum so if for any reason something doesn’t look quite right please call or email us and we’ll l sort it out for you.

Your privacy is very important to Show Me. With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. This privacy policy describes the practices that apply to our site, including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen to that information.

Your Personal Information

Show Me does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). Show Me uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted. When you place an order Show Me will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.

We use cookies

Cookies allow Show Me to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including Show Me, require cookies to process your orders.

Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information

Show Me uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

Security

Show Me uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.

Our site may provide links to other sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our site and entering another site that we do not control and for which we cannot be responsible. Returns & Replacements
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item* you purchase in new condition (unworn, unused with original packaging and tags attached) for a credit or full refund less shipping costs. Send us an email to info@showmeshop.co.nz quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense .We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
* Please note this policy excludes manchester (sheets, duvets, pillows).
